Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
