1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date they are placed. The shipping carrier will be selected based on your location and the fastest available service.
Please note that orders are only processed Monday through Friday and will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing time or weekends/holidays.
2. Shipping Times
For most locations, delivery usually takes 10 to 14 business days. However, shipping times may vary for countries outside the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, where the delivery time frame may be 16 to 25 business days. Rest assured, you may receive your items sooner!
All orders are shipped with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Please be aware that packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
In the case of product unavailability, manufacturing may take an additional 7 to 10 days to process and ship.
3. Shipping During COVID-19
While our couriers are operating at regular speeds, certain ports may experience delays during customs processing. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. Please note that Golden Halo will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address and all relevant information are entered accurately. We are unable to make any changes once an order is placed. Golden Halo will not be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
5. Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned as non-deliverable, a processing and handling fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the net amount of your refund.
6. Refused Packages
If you refuse a package from Golden Halo, a processing and handling fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the net amount of your refund.
7. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier listed in your shipment confirmation. Golden Halo does not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
8. Customs Taxes and Duties
Customs taxes and duties are not included in the price of the products. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged by your country’s customs. You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees charged by your government.
9. Warehouses
Golden Halo ships from warehouses located in various locations, including North America and Asia. Orders will be shipped from the warehouse that has product availability to ensure timely delivery.
10. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and do not include unforeseen courier delays. For rural or remote addresses, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
